no ukraien and russia but not your country

It's a shame that some people in my country dont read all the post in this section before star the new one with the same question.

It's a problem that almost every time the new person comes to join the forum hers first post is... "David, when will you come to visit XXX".

* where XXX means the country (Poland, Russia, Romania, Croatia etc.)

posts like this just deorganize the forum...

More often, the new members don't know how works a forum, so they create a new topic instead of reading old ones.

I was a modo at forum in my technical university forum - it was also based on php bb - I have rights to move or stick posts togehter - myabe this it a good way?
Modos, maybe you can think about some of this thoughts (a request not an order ).

I can divide a topic but i can't stick 2 topics together.

There is also other solution - write only one reply and after some time this post will fall down at board
