New contents and services are now available on the David Guetta's website.
In order to be fully compatible with all platforms, we need Linux volunteers to test the new services and suggest modifications.
Note: we need volunteers using Linux 100% of their time for web browsing, and their digital leisures (podcast, videocast, mp3 players, etc...)
Thank you to leave a message on this page. The website team.
Hello,
I can help you out testing this site with Linux. I am using Fedora Core 4, Firefox 1.0.7 and BashPodder for .rss feed.
Could you tell me where I can now find the .rss feed. I used the following address in the past but it's not working anymore (http://www.davidguetta.com/podcast.rss).
The address http://www.davidguetta.com/podcasts points me to this Linux forum....
Thanks,

In fact we would like to know good softwares on linux that could read RSS feeds, download the podcast and read the m4b and m4v formats like iTunes does very well.
I use BashPodder for .rss feed, VideoLanClient or Mplayer to play .m4b.
However, I did have some issues to correctly see the pictures and use indexes on the .m4b files I downloaded from this site in the past.
Regarding the new .m4b files, I don't know since I cannot access http://www.davidguetta.com/podcast. This page is re-routed to this forum !
Please do somethinng to stop the re-routing.
Thanks,
Ok we as linux users are used to being unsupported by suppliers of content, but rather than outright blocking us, why not change the page that sas here is the rss feed, it requires mp4 support and please post to the forum what you used if you managed to get the podcast to work.
Not even the banks are stupid enough these days to toally block access to content for platforms they haven't tested on

Hi! Im a Linux user, and im actually running Kubuntu Breezy.
Everything works perfect. For the vidcast you need to install the mpeg 4 support and run mplayer (i've tried with other video players, but video doesnt work).
Podcasts work with all programs and... thats all

Which software do you use to download the podcasts ?
Does mplayer support chapter illustrations inside .m4b files ?
