I am writing on behalf of a client for whom I am producing a short web video featuring import race cars he has built.

The video is professionally shot and edited HD footage of car shows, drift racing, etc. My client has requested that we use Mr. Guetta's release "Little Bad Girl" for the video, and I instructed him that copyright permission would be required to use this musical work in his video.

The video will be released on YouTube and Vimeo as sort of a "video gallery" to show off his accomplishments as an import racing mechanic. The storyboard has Mr. Guetta's song running the entire length of the video, so the song will not be changed in any manner. End credits will include any information you deem necessary, including special thanks and a URL if you would like.

Please let me know what steps are necessary to procure permission to use this track. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter, I look forward to hearing your response.
