Nobody aswered is it legal to put mix on media like internet , which is not comfirmed from original producer, in this case, David and Akon, I sent link to mix from davidguetta.com contact form but nobody anwered anything, they should answer me something about it but nothing.. Did somebody get some answers from David team, in this case it is like one way communication, this contact link on davidguetta.com page , and that is not cool.. Do you agree?

I think that you can upload it on youtube even if i's not official but you can't sell it without any authorisation.

It's Illegal
In my opinion it's illegal to mix up someone's song and put it on the internet without his permission. Some troublesome person could sue you for that.
